Ingredients
- 8 Persian cucumbers or 2 english cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup dill, chopped
- 1 cup vinegar
- ½ cup sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Place the vinegar and sugar in a medium bowl and whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Add the cucumbers and shallot and toss to combine. Just before serving, add dill and toss to combine.
